Below are many resources for your continued learning. This is not an exhaustive list of all plant-based resources, but they are the ones that I have found helpful through the years or have been recommended. Many of the below authors are also very active on Facebook; so be sure to search for them there as well.
Not all of the resources below promote an SOS-free diet, but all advocate a plant-based diet and can still be extremely useful in our learning (and recipes are easily adaptable in many cases to avoid salt, oil, and/or sugar).
